Final Sale Policy All purchases made through Neverjustacard are final sales. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
Orders are processed specifically for you
- Custom cards cannot be resold or reused
- Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstance
Custom & Personalized Orders Most Neverjustacard products are custom-made or personalized based on information provided by the customer. As a result: Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all personalization details prior to checkout Neverjustacard is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Order Issues & Exceptions While all sales are final, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
